About Lovell's Rest Caravan
We are the Lovell family and we own Lovell's Rest.This spacious caravan is primarily a family retreat where we enjoy spending quality family time together and leaving all the worries of daily life at home for a short while.
We invite you into our second home to also escape your life for a few days, or even a week or 2.
Situated in the beautiful village of Chapmanswell near Launceston on the border of North Devon and North Cornwall, there is so much to do. The many local attractions, activities, beaches and local scenery are definitely a must to visit. Have a look at the Local Attractions Page for some ideas. The caravan site itself offers a relaxing retreat after a busy day.
The caravan itself has an open plan living area with a kitchen and dining table. There is one double bedroom and one twin room, and also a double sofa bed in the living area.
What is provided?
The caravan is fully equipped with duvets and pillows, kitchen supplies and tv.
What do I need to bring?
Bed sheets, duvet covers and pillow cases (although you can rent these from us); towels; bath mat; tea-towels.
Is the caravan suitable for children?
Yes. We have provided travel cot with mattress, high chair, toilet step and children's cutlery and crockery. There is also a fun play area on the campsite.
Is the kitchen fully functional?
Yes everything you would expect from your kitchen at home.
There is a gas oven and hob, as well as a fridge. Cups, plates, utensils, wine cooler and a smoothy maker are all included too.
Is the caravan warm?
The caravan is double glazed and there is central heating which will make the caravan nice and toasty.
